The hotel photos are accurate. Spacious room, good air conditioning, decent bed, strong water pressure. Convenient location near Pratunam market, easy access to food and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is close to many shopping areas such as Platinum Mall, all the wholesale markets, and the vibrant Pratunam market. Guests can easily explore and shop to their heart's content without having to travel far. there are plenty of food options nearby, making it convenient for dining.
Some guests mentioned that the room and bathroom could have used a little fragrance as there was a slight unpleasant smell.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was conveniently close to the market place and many shopping areas. It was a short distance away from the platinum mall and all the wholesale markets, as well as the famous Pratunam market. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Cindy, who spoke English well and always had a smile on her face.
